Fees

At Still Counseling & Wellness. I understand that accessibility to mental health services is crucial for everyone. To accommodate my diverse clientele, I provide multiple options for services. Still is in network with the following insurances:

  • Aetna

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois PPO

  • Blue Choice Preferred PPO

  • BC Professional Blue Choice

  • Blue Choice Options

  • Optum insurance

  • UHB/UHC

For clients who have out-of-network insurance coverage, Still Counseling & Wellness may be able to generate a superbill that can be sent to your insurance carrier for possible reimbursement. It is important to understand that insurance reimbursement depends on your specific insurance policy. For clients who prefer the self-pay option, super bills are not provided, and you will be required to sign an opt-out of insurance form.

Service fees are due at the time of the session.

Self-Pay Rates:

15-Minute Consultation: Free

Initial Intake & Assessment: $225

60-Minute Psychotherapy Session: $185

Reduced Fees for service is available on a limited basis.

Cancellation Policy

Still Counseling & Wellness, LLC requires a minimum 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your session. Cancellations or requests to reschedule your session within the 24-hour notice will result in the charge for the full session fee.

Good Faith Estimate “No Surprises Act”

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call HHS: 1-800-985-3059.
