Hey, I'm Keshia — therapist, founder, and fellow human figuring it out one cup of tea or coffee at a time. I'm really glad you’re here. I started Still Counseling & Wellness, LLC because, let’s be honest, life didn’t come with a manual, and trying to “just push through” only works for so long. Sometimes, you need support, insight, and a safe space to unpack what’s going on beneath the surface — that’s where I come in.

I’m what I like to call a “coffee and tea” therapist — meaning our sessions can feel like a calm morning chat over your favorite drink (yes, pajamas are welcome). We move at your pace, with your goals in mind, and always from a trauma-informed, client-centered lens. You’re the expert on your life — my job is to help you make sense of it, one step (or sip) at a time. I use evidence-based approaches like CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, REBT, and Strength-Based strategies — all personalized to support your unique needs and story.

Outside the therapy room, you’ll probably find me onstage or in the audience at the theatre, adding to my R&B and EDM vinyl collection, or watching horror movies with my partner and our black cat, Luna (yes, she runs the house).
